Release of Phraseanet 4.0.9! Monday 17 June 2019
A new version of Phraseanet is available and you can download it for free here. Here’s the changelog for this release:
Adds
Back / Front – Unsubscription: It’s now possible to request a validation by email to delete a Phraseanet user account.
Back / Front – It’s now possible to add a user model as order manager on a collection:All users with this model applied can manage orders on this collection. This features fixes an issue when users is provided by SAML and the orders manager is lost when user logs in.
Back / front. – Searched terms are now found even if the searched terms are split in Business Field and regular Field.
Front – Share media on LinkedIn as you can do on Facebook, Twitter.
Front – Skin: grey and white, graphic enhancements.
Front – Introducing thumbnail & preview generic images for Fonts
Fixes
Front – Click on facets title (expand/collapse) launched a bad query, due to jquery error.
Front – Facets values appear Truncated after 15th character.
Front – No user search possible with the field “Company” and field “Country”.
Front – Bug on Chrome only – selected 1 document instead of all for the feedback.
Back – Some MP4 files were not correctly detected by Phraseanet.

Now, you can add a document in Phraseanet from a URL.
Please note this is a feature available from releases 4.0.8+. Phraseanet 4.0.8 is available for download since March 29, 2019.
- Add the URL in the field
- Phraseanet downloads the document, then stores it.
A brand new Phraseanet Report! Tuesday 2 April 2019
With the release of Phraseanet 4.0.7, the statistics interface in Phraseanet has been redesigned: Simpler, end of the dashboard, download of reports, adding the possibility to download the database content… here is the new Report:
Now, only 3 main tabs are being displayed: Connections, Downloads and Databox Content.
Connections:
Choose a time range, a database and the type of report: for example, the connections per user, browser and/or operating system…
Downloads:
Choose a time range, a database, one or several collections and the type of report: downloads by users, by documents…
Content:
Brand new in this Report interface: the possibility to download the databox content! Choose a time range, a database, one or several collections and the fields. Then click on Download to view the .csv report.
