Phraseanet 4.1 has been released and available for download. Feel free to view the section dedicated to the Phraseanet documentation to download the Quickguide and the What’s New guide (release 4.1).

Martin Stockberg, a graduate designer, passionate photographer and artist from Aachen, works as a freelance designer for more than 15 years.
Among other activities, he uses the public areas and natural elements such as snow, sand, wood, water… to create unique artworks in the landscape (Land Art). With a drone, he manages to capture his realizations.
We asked him if he would agree to do one design for Phraseanet on the beach of Saint Lunaire during a summer, you can discover it now!

Phraseanet 4.1 is now available for download!

Phraseanet 4.1 can be deployed with Docker.

Retrieve all official images here on Dockerhub!

It is a major release of the application, here are the main features:

-Geolocation

Search for assets by selecting specific places on a map!

Browse the map, select one or several areas, display the results.

Click on the detailed view in order to view the accurate location of an asset and customize the viewing mode of the map.

Add a location to an asset.

Implementation of MapBox Standard and WebGL (needs the creation of an account to MapBox, additional costs may be incurred)

-Video chaptering

Create your chapters, add titles, illustrate each chapter with a thumbnail. Then, browse all videos very quickly in Production!

-Video subtitling

Add subtitles to your videos, in the chosen language.

-Lightbox design improvement on mobile device

-Photo Editor

Photo Editor is a paid plugin for retouching pictures.

-Push and Feedback design Refactoring 

Graphic enhancements can be found on the Push and Feedback windows, as well as some places in Production.

-Others:

Facets: Ease of management and display order 

Populate optimization, populate databox with large thesaurus

Exclusion of some collections from quarantine checkers sha256, UUID, filename (aka exclude Trash collection)
